First Days

My oldest baby had her first day of school this week!! Where has the summer gone? Growing up, I didn’t start the school year until after Labor Day, but here in Colorado our kids start in the first week of August- it’s crazy!!! Like Mommy Like Daughter

When I was little my mother made me a blanket that became affectionately known as “bunny blankie.” This blanket came with me everywhere, including to school with me until second grade!!! Looking Pretty in Ruffles

We discoved a fun and easy way to make a beautiful skirt that only looks complicated! We used Ruffle Fabric(β„’) which is a pre-ruffled knit fabric. It comes in lots of varieties from a small lightweight ruffle, to a heavier wider ruffle, to a varigated ruffle that goes from small to wide, as well as stretch lace fabrics.
